Canadian vs. American Beef Grades--your thoughts?

We'd love to learn more from you about what cuts and grades of beef you prefer--especially those of you all that can source Canadian beef. Please tell us what experience has taught you about what type and grade of beef to dry age.

I grew up on Alberta beef and must say that it generally compares well to most grass fed beef here in the US. Canadians, especially Albertans take their beef pretty seriously so steakhouses are abundant and most everybody is pretty well versed in how they want their steaks cooked and what they like about them.
