If you have a Rib roast that has been cut in half can you seal both in one bag or do you have to use 2 bags

I apologize for having not seen your post!
If it had been in a cry-o-vac and YOU cut it in half and then placed it in a UMAi Dry bag while still wet then yes. Otherwise it is best not to put them both in the same bag.
