Best way to store finished Landjaeger dried sausage

Hi there, I made a 5 pound batch of Landjaeger sausage a couple weeks ago. I am just curious what to do with it once it hits that 35% loss mark? I think I made 8 links. Do I leave the ones I am not using in the Umai casing or do they need to be removed and stored in something else? Can't wait till they are done!

You should remove from casing, vac seal, and they then can be stored refrigerated for as long as you like
