Well, I cut the Prime Rib boneless Eye at 35 days. It was on the small side I the 35days was about right. Cooked 4 steaks that evening and it was good. I can't say it was blow your mind good but just fine.

I have a Prime Strip Loin laying down and it has 22 days on it. I am thinking 28-35 days for the strip. any thoughts on time for an average size strip?

I've had good luck at 35 days for strip loins. but have also gone 45 days. Since strips are thinner I believe 35 is a good balance between water loss and not drying it out.
