Hi everyone, while browsing Costco for meat to try and dry age I noticed they have a nice boneless leg of lamb roast that is available. Has anyone try dry aging a leg of lamb? Did it turn out well? Would the lamb taste be too concentrated? I would appreciate anyone sharing their experiences :)

I'm very interested in this as well. I just started a 10lb grassfed ribeye . and I already have plans to try other cuts .
