Happy Friday UMAi community!

1 week in with 16.5 lb Choice Ribeye from Costco. This is my first try at dry aging. I have attached the photo below. Any feedback on the progress of my dry aging would be appreciated. I am starting to see some white crusty parts starting to form on the outside layer, not sure if I should worry about that or if it is normal?

Looks good to me! Trust me - dry aging beef with a UMAi Dry® Bag is NOT rocket science - so please don't fret!
