What do you do if it looks like the umai bag is adhering to the paprika more than the pork. The bag is getting loose.

My friends and I make anywhere between 25 and 30 Capicola a year and we always use #10 elastic netting over the bags. By doing this the UMAi bag is always in contact with the meat. The elastic netting can be found at butcher-packer.com. Hope this helps, good luck
