Ok. Is it suggested ti freeze Steaks with the rind on or off? Anyone try it both ways?

Welcome abroad, ShaunG!

I have done both ways and saw no difference. I just skim the most hard outer crust. It just seems like trimming before freezing means I don't have to take that time before supper some night. Also if you are in to sous vide then once thawed the steak(s) are already bagged and ready.
