What a result from a cool process and experience. Absolutely ecstatic about the results of the finochiona, pepperoni and soppresatta (left to right). Will definitely be making more, and have my eyes on coppa and Spanish chorizo.

Well, I thought I could post my photo....sorry it’s not showing up. It’s a great pick of a few sliced rounds of each.

I didn't try this before but I think it is really a great initiative, if got a chance in future definitely gonna make it.
