Is this vaccume any good? was created by Knossi
Hi everyone,

I am pretty new to dryaging and a bit insecure about my first vaccume.. The bag is sealed properly but I am not sure about the amount of contact with the meat. In other words: Did I do fine or shall I re-vac it?
As you can see, mainly the edges of the meat are loose.

ahhh...the contact doesn't look all that bad, BUT I'm just not sure what cut of meat that piece is, and it sure looks extremely thin and with a huge fat cap. Care to enlighten me?

Hi Ron,

it actually is a somewhat thin Picanha. Although I have to say that the Photo makes it look even thinner than it really is.
