Bag has not bonded to large portion of ribeye.

The bag did not bond to almost the whole top of the 14lb ribeye. it looks to be aging well other than a bunch of white specs on half of it. I don't know if this is okay or not. it been a couple weeks like this and I just left it but I'm getting more concerned as it approaches the 45 day mark on February 1st 2020. What does the community think?

Again, the contact may release as the meat dries and shrinks. If you started out with 75-80% surface bond and are dry aging in a regularly used modern frost free kitchen refrigerator located in a room temperature environment, you should have no worries.
