First time using UMAI

First time using UMAI was created by Preston
Day 25 and 99% of the meat has developed a nice, firm pellicle except one spot. There is absolutely no smell to the meat, including the spot that is not as hard as the rest of it.

From everyone’s experience, is this something to worry about?
