Rookie - First Time Use Umai and Vacuum Seal

Hello everyone,

Maybe similar questions have been already asked and answered in the forum so many times. And I read some of those however I’m still not confident on my process. I’ve used a vacuum sealer and umai dry bag for the first time in my life today :)
I watched a couple of videos from here and from Guga foods. After I strained the blood and liquid from the original packet, I put it directly umai dry bag without touching the meat. Firstly I sealed the bag with 45 degree angle and then vacuum seal and also add some backup seals too.

After I put my ribeye in the refrigerator today I realized that there’s still some blood/liquid in the bag and some air inside the bag. (Feels like a little more that the usual) These are my steak images:

Are these images ok and it is expected?
Btw I’m using a Whirlpool refrigerator model WRS321SDHZOO
My vacuum sealer is Foodsaver FM3941 (This model should be ok. It has manual function. I bought this from Costco when it was on sale)
Also I have two extra bag. I can use new one if these are not ok.
