Safe to eat? First time dry aging was created by TheurGist
Hi! This is my first dry aging attempt. Prime boneless ribeye aged for 53 days with the umai bags. Just want to make sure it all looks ok before we cut and eat!

Thanks for any advice.

Looks GREAT to me! Enjoy! Just remember that dry aged beef cooks WAY faster than non-aged! You don't want to over cook and ruin all that beautiful meat!
