Bag is ballooning was created by IRP
Maybe I am overreacting, but I am 15 days in to dry aging a bone-in primerib. Because of the bone I never had a great seal around the meat, but it has gotten worse. The extra part of the bag away from the roast is vacuumed tight so there is no leak, but the bag around the roast itself is loose. Do I rebag?

Re-bagging at this point won't let the UMAi Dry® bag adhere very well if at all. So save the bag...now, about the air - can you post a picture?
