3 weeks away from home - to cut or not to cut

I have a prime ribeye going right now too. First time I've ever spent 175 bucks on a piece of beef. I cut it in two pieces to age in separate bags. One piece will get 45 days or so, and the other will get 60 to compare. This website makes me hungry.
