Does meat cured with kosher salt and "pink salt" aka sodium nitrate need cooking

Does pork shoulder rubbed with pink salt and kosher salt mixture need to be cooked after aging in dry bag ?????

If it is first cured with nitrates/nitrites and salt (cure #1 or #2) and salt, and then dried in a dry bag, no.
