When filling casings (I used small bag sealed in half and split) I get a few small air pockets. Just a few small ones. Is that a big deal? Anyone have any problems with while aging?

Not sure what you mean. Are you using casings or bags?

Either way..I've had small air pockets and while I try to work them out I've had a few that I couldn't but it didn't end the world.

I was describing I used a small chacuterie bag cut in half to form salami casings.
