Hello all experts, can you please help me?

I have a 3 kg ribeye in the Umai bag for a week now and the meat is still “soft”.
It didn’t create a bark yet. The meat is not smelling and the seals are all good.
I transferred the meat like the video. I didn’t tap the meat dry.
What do I do? Leave it like this and wait till the end. Still got 3 weeks to go.

Sorry for my poor English. I’m from Holland.
Thank you for any information that you can give me.
