Looking forward to the information here. I am into BBQ, n-scale trains, tractors, moonshine, and meat grinding. Since the internet, I've been amazed at the talent out there and the reduced learning curve for a new hobby using a forum. Welcome to my world.

Have bags coming and exploring the site and videos. Some real good info, sometimes contradictory, but all informative.

First plans are a 45 day chuck roast for burgers, rib eye roast for steaks, and a brisket for the smoker.
