Trussed meat inside the bag, instead of outside?

I want to keep my capicola nice and round, so my plan was to bag it up in UMAi, then truss the outside of the bag
I've seen other people do this, so I assumed its the normal procedure

Instead, I now realise I've trussed the meat first, and then sealed it.

Is this going to be a problem?

Thanks

I can't imagine it would matter.

Ok, thanks. I was just a bit concerned I may have introduced bacteria into the bag, as I trussed it after it had cured and all been washed off
