Bresoala/ Charcuterie wine cure prep was created by Umai jack
Can I use the wine method for curing Bresola (charcuterie) before putting it in umai bags instead of the standard reccomemded method of the 2 week curing.

Has anyone tried this?
Wondering if there is any contraindication with alcohol soaked meat and the umai bags.
