Resealed a Gabagool was created by Papalarge
Hi Guys,
4 days ago I put a Cured Gabagool in a Umai Bag to Dry start weight was 1557 g. Today the bag lost like it lost the seal so I went too reseal it and ended up putting in a new bag. My question is do I still go by the original weight which was 1557g with a target weight of 1012 gor do I go with the weight of today which is 1505g with a target weight of 978g?

Thanks Guys

Hi Guys,
An update same Gabagool the bag did have a seal on it, now 2 weeks later the bag is not tight against the meat. The meat color has not really turned like my other ones where the bag is still tight against the meat. Am I good? Should I try to reseal it?
